Markem-Imaje laser coders mark permanent codes without ink. The range uses three sources: CO₂ for films, laminates, PET bottles, inked paper and metal caps; fiber for bare metal and rigid plastics; and UV for thin, delicate films that other lasers would damage. Laser coding removes ink and solvent costs and needs no jet maintenance.
Typical applications: Food and beverage lines, FMCG packaging, pharmaceutical cartons, cables, automotive and electronic parts.
